Overview:
This supervisory position is focused on applying skills and knowledge to safely perform and manage workshop operations, as well as supervising and mentoring Liner Hanger Systems segment shop personnel.
Responsibilities:

- Must complete assigned computer-based training as per the predetermined Learning Plan.
- Must attend all required QHSE training.
- Must attend classroom instructional sessions aimed at product line specific training.
- Utilize applicable systems and databases (JDE, PDMSlices) to assist in efficient and quality completion of duties.
- Assist management with formulation of CAPEX strategies for yearly budgeting.
- Provides support to PL team members through application execution process.
- Support problem job resolution.
- Maintain all operational assets and equipment in ready to run condition. (Maintained, Inspected and storage according Company’s Policies)
- Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
Essential:
Maintenance Technicians, Electrical Technicians, Mechanical Technical or related
Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree, Technical or Vocational Education Degree or related (desirable).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Completion / Liner Hanger System product line assemblies (Mandatory).
- Field Operation experience. (Desirable)
- Personnel coordination experience. (Desirable)
