What you will do
- Design and implementing Marketing strategies and techniques to expand the company’s portfolio
- Planning and execution of marketing campaigns/activities, results analysis, and plans adjusting
- Testing ideas and analyzing results to make data-driven decisions and adjust the strategy
- Working with BD/Sales and Marketing managers to achieve goals

Must haves
- Experience as Director of Marketing or a similar role in IT Marketing/Business development/B2B markets at a digital marketing agency or an outsourced software development company
- Proven experience in leading outbound and inbound lead generation teams (10+ people)
- Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion etc.)
- Proficient in business software (CRM, email marketing, A/B testing, Data Studio, reporting tools, etc.)
- Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods
- Understanding of different business disciplines (IT, finance etc.)
- Excellent written and oral English
- Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities
Nice to haves
- Expertise in Fintech/Ecommerce/Analytics domain
- Knowledge of principles of Account Based Marketing
