We are currently looking for an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated Mail Analyst. As a Mail Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating customer input data and transforming it into a usable internal house format. You will
utilize custom and third-party software to perform various data processing tasks, including record selection, field parsing, data standardization, data appending, and identification and correction of errors.
Your Duties as a Lean Tech Warrior:

Evaluate customer input data and generate a usable internal house format using custom and third-party software.- Perform record selection, field parsing, and record splitting to extract relevant information.
- Standardize data using CASS address-matching software to ensure data integrity and improve mail deliverability.
- Review "before" and "after" address versions and interpret software status and error codes to validate results.
- Identify and correct floating data and remove extraneous information from the data sets.
- Append data from reliable sources to enrich customer data and improve overall data quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand data requirements and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Provide clear and concise documentation of data processing activities and results.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Analysis, or a related discipline.- Proven experience in data analysis or a similar role, preferably working with mail data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex data sets and identify patterns and anomalies.
- Knowledge of data quality principles and best practices for ensuring accurate and reliable data.
- Proficient in interpreting software status and error codes to troubleshoot and validate data processing results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products with a focus on Access, Excel, and Word.
