We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish & English) representative to deliver world-class customer support and build customer satisfaction

Job Summary

Agents provide assistance to technicians, who ask for assistance during printers repairs. It is 70% chats and tickets and 30% incoming calls.
  • Special account: provides tech support to corporate users. It manages tickets and incoming calls. Every new hire starts in this LOB
  • Chats- emails: assistance to customers and corporate users.
  • Predictive: handles predictive alerts reflected in the system. It is 100% tickets. Only for teniors.

Primary Job Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls or chats for Tech Support and taking chats and emails on the International LOB. and Customer Service requests. Provide a high level of professional and competent service assistance.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, chats and tickets.
  • Effectively communicates resolution to customer issues, summarize ideas and provide concise answers.
